At Mamta Furniture, all our products are made with care and quality craftsmanship. As our products involve furniture and custom handling, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation & Refund (Before Shipment)

Customers can cancel their order only before the product is shipped.
If cancelled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. No Return or Refund After Shipment

Return and refund are strictly NOT applicable after shipment.

Once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, no cancellation, return, or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Damaged or Defective Product

If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, Mamta Furniture will replace the product.
Customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared.

🚫 Refund or return is NOT applicable for damaged items.
✔ Only replacement will be provided.

4. Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable only for manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear is not eligible.

5. Important Notes

Delivered products are not eligible for return or refund.
Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered damage.
Mamta Furniture reserves the right to accept or reject replacement requests after inspection.
